Key Responsibilities:
Pega Senior System Architect Certification is required.
Experience with Pega Robotics Automation is desired.
Highly technical and hands-on approach, applying Pega technology to solve business problems.
Systems analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, deployment, and application support for various applications.
Lead the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes.
Ensure solutions align with customer objectives, organizational guidelines, and industry best practices.
Advanced understanding of end-to-end IT processes, including architecture, design, implementation, and operations.
Ability to solve complex system/integration problems using innovative solutions.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
End-to-end solution delivery in Pega.
Lead project teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Ensure coding and quality standards are met.
Conduct code/peer reviews, design reviews, and demos.
