Job Title: Senior SAP Functional Consultant (HR Payroll and US Payroll)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior SAP Functional Consultant with strong experience in SAP HR Payroll to join our team. This is a contract position, and we are looking for candidates with solid communication skills, strong SAP functional configuration experience, and deep knowledge of US SAP Payroll. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will help lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP modules while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Requirements & Implementation: Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, conduct business process analyses, and develop functional specifications for SAP solutions.
• SAP Module Configuration & Testing: Design, configure, and test various SAP modules with a focus on SAP HR Payroll, ensuring proper functionality and seamless integration.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes, recommend SAP solutions, and develop improvements to enhance client efficiency and business operations.
• Leadership & Guidance: Provide functional expertise and leadership in SAP implementation projects. Guide team members, deliver presentations, and lead training sessions to ensure successful SAP deployment.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP software, and mapping client business processes to SAP functionality.
• Project Management: Manage SAP implementations by developing detailed plans, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Solution Customization & Enhancements: Address and develop custom modifications to meet unique client needs, providing solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new SAP functionalities, best practices, and industry trends, ensuring the organization’s SAP solutions remain innovative and efficient.

Qualifications:

• SAP HR Payroll Experience: Extensive experience with SAP HR Payroll functional configuration and management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, understand requirements, and deliver solutions.
• US Payroll Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of US SAP Payroll functionality and its integration with other HR modules.
• SAP Module Expertise: Hands-on experience in SAP HR modules, with a deep understanding of configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, recommend and implement solutions that align with the business needs.
• Client-Facing Experience: Strong experience in client interaction, with the ability to act as a liaison for troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and providing post-implementation support.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to work independently and lead teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules in addition to HR Payroll.
• Experience in managing complex SAP implementations and change management processes.
