Job Description:

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Support Administrator who will be responsible for the configuration, support, and troubleshooting of Oracle Cloud solutions across a variety of services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other Oracle Cloud applications. In this role, you will ensure the optimal performance, security, and availability of cloud systems while providing user support, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Cloud Environment Management & Troubleshooting:
Maintain and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud environments, ensuring consistent performance, reliability, and security.

·       Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration:
Administer OCI services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases, to maintain a robust cloud infrastructure.

·       Security & Compliance:
Ensure the cloud environments are securely configured and comply with both internal and industry security standards, policies, and regulations.

·       Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
Provide technical support to Oracle Cloud business users and internal teams, resolving technical issues swiftly and effectively. Work with Oracle support teams to address critical incidents.

·       Cloud Applications Configuration & Maintenance:
Implement, maintain, and optimize Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.

·       Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Continuously monitor cloud systems to ensure uptime and performance, identifying areas for improvement in cost optimization, resource allocation, and performance tuning.

·       User Access & Security Configuration:
Administer user roles, access management, and security settings across Oracle PaaS and SaaS applications to ensure proper security and access controls.

·       Operational Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and configuration details, for cloud systems.

·       Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and business teams to ensure Oracle Cloud services are tailored to meet business objectives.
