- Overall 15+ years of IT experience
- Experience in managing data engineering projects on Native HANA.
- Experience in managing data engineering projects in the finance domain especially related to ledger and budgets data
- Experience in managing large teams
- Experience in managing large volumes of data / Big Data
- Highly skilled in project planning, stakeholder management and communication
