Project Summary
CareFirst is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee projects in digital experience space. Essential Functions Will be working on a SAFe Agile environment, but some cross functional teams may work on Scrum/Kanban, or Waterfall. Identify risk dependencies, status reporting, responding to stakeholder inquiries, budget management, and supporting PMO on projects related to Mainframe or Cloud technologies, and web services/middleware security.
Top Five Skills Required
- 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting application or web services architecture
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing projects on a SAFe Agile environment
- Experience in using Jira project management and Confluence tools
- Budget management experience over $5 Million dollars
Nice to have skills
- Healthcare payer industry experience
- PMP certification
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
