The Group reported 2018 global revenues of EUR 13.2 billion. • The North America Insights & Data (I&D) Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading either a single project or a definable segment of a complex program with clients or internal to Capgemini. • Manage several workstreams and activities to achieve the desired business result, deliverables in an agreed schedule according to scope, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction • Accountable for the translation of the client’s complex business requirements into formal agreements establishing specific solutions, applications or processes, leading others in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and delivering of the client’s solution, and ultimately culminating in customer acceptance of the results • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring project commitments are met on time and within budget, ultimately focused on driving the initiative through to final delivery • Define project scope, staffing plans, budget forecasts and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Manage the project teams, plans activities and monitors progress, and ensures all project deliverables are provided using best practices and are of an appropriate quality • Possess written and verbal communication skills to lead and influence project teams and clients. • Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of experience working project management experience, including various I&D technologies; such as big data, BI Reporting, Power BI, AI Solutions, data management/ingestion/migration, reporting & visualization, Azure or AWS cloud platforms, SAP/S4 HANA, etc working on hands-on delivery for technical projects • Technical literacy to be able to oversee/conduct analysis with teams, identify and understand technical delivery risks and communicate with vendors and clients • Ability to identify specific implementation risks and lead solutions • Undertakes detailed data analysis regarding quality and root cause analysis • Hands-on-delivery and solution architecture background for I&D technologies areas • Experience with conflict resolution and people influence techniques • Strong consulting experience in a fast-paced environment • A hands-on technical PM with strong communication and co-ordination skills, flexible work style, and have worked in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholder groups and may have managed competing priorities.
