Position Outline:
The applicant will be interfacing with the Sitecore content management platform and will be pivotal in crafting and refining digital experiences. The role prioritizes individuals adept in Sitecore development with a solid backdrop in programming and a propensity for adhering to Sitecore’s best practices for optimal digital solution delivery.

Role Essentials:

– Craft, sustain, and progress web applications using Sitecore XP and ASP.NET MVC framework.
– Employ SXA or JSS for streamlined Sitecore application development, with a preference for familiarity with the Sitecore Helix Framework.
– Proficiency with object-relational mapping tools, specifically Glass Mapper, to adeptly handle Sitecore’s data infrastructure.
– Create and deploy RESTful APIs, managing their integration within the Sitecore digital framework.
– Perform intricate Sitecore configurations and alterations to align with unique enterprise needs.
– Forge and refine global components that can be reused across the Sitecore platform to ensure scalability and modularity.
– Enforce and advocate for Sitecore best practices, focusing on system optimization and web solution efficacy.
– Execute incremental improvements to the Sitecore infrastructure, promoting constant platform evolution.
– Engage with interdisciplinary teams to gather performance requirements and craft aligned digital solutions.
– Continually update Sitecore knowledge, incorporating new features and updates into ongoing and future projects.

Candidate Profile:

– Documented evidence of Sitecore development expertise, particularly in the realms of Sitecore XP, ASP.NET MVC, SXA, and JSS.
– Acquaintance with the Sitecore Helix Framework and adept use of mapping tools, such as Glass Mapper.
– Competency in integrating and managing APIs within the Sitecore platform.
– Deep-seated knowledge of web development, content management system architecture, and digital marketing utilities.
– Exceptional problem-solving prowess and the capacity to thrive in a brisk, agile work environment.
– Proficient communication skills for clear translation of complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
