Role: Full Stack Developer(Node JS/React Developer)

Location – Raleigh, NC

Job Description:

Software Development: Design, develop, and support software components across the full stack, from front-end to back-end systems.
Cloud-Native Solutions: Develop applications leveraging AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, Fargate) and modern container architectures such as Docker.
Frontend Development: Build interactive user interfaces with React.js, ensuring responsive, performant designs.
Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
Test Automation: Write unit and regression tests using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Selenium, or similar.
Database Management: Work with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases) to design and maintain efficient data models and queries.
DevOps & CI/CD: Implement DevOps best practices with tools like Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible to automate workflows and deployments.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating on features, resolving issues, and contributing to solution designs.
Cloud Migration: Participate in ongoing cloud migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions to AWS environments.
Reporting & Analytics: Utilize PowerBI for reporting and dashboards; create and optimize reporting workflows using Alteryx.
AI & Modernization: Contribute to building prototypes for Pricing and Risk Management solutions using emerging AI technologies.

Key Skills and Experience:

Frontend Development: Proficiency in React.js, React Native, HTML, CSS.
Backend Development: Strong experience with Node.js and building scalable, efficient server-side applications.
Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, Fargate, EKS, RDS, S3), Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Git.
Databases: Solid experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases) for building data models and querying.
Automation & Testing: Familiarity with test frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Selenium, or other automation tools.
Reporting & Analytics: Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and Alteryx for reporting workflows.
Containers & Infrastructure-as-Code: Proficiency with containers (Docker) and Infrastructure-as-Code principles (e.g., using Terraform).
Cloud Migration: Prior experience in cloud migration and transitioning from on-premises systems to cloud-native solutions.
Modern Application Development: Strong understanding of modern application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Desirable Experience:

Exposure to AI technologies and developing solutions for Pricing and Risk Management.
Previous experience with microservices and containerized applications.
