MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Designs functional solutions across multiple modules and follows best practices to meet business requirements

·       Interacts with various business leads to understand the business requirements and translates those requirements into functional and technical solutions that deliver long-term value to business

·       Oversees project activities related to finance/controlling domain ensuring quality and on-time delivery

·       Plays the role of an overall functional lead role and influences strategic decision-makers and functional stakeholders

·       Balances business demands and IT fulfilment in terms of standardisation, business values, reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility

·       Participates in the identification of new business processes and improvement opportunities for existing processes 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

·         10+ years of STRONG SAP ECC + S4 experience in finance, controlling, as well as integrations with 3^rd party systems

·         Strong hands-on experience on configuring and supporting SAP Finance modules.

·         Understands accounting principles.

·         Experienced in business architecture, specifically in designing and implementing an integrated platform from a functional or technical perspective (beneficial)

·         Highly skilled in business and requirements analysis, including good communication and stakeholder management skills (all levels up to senior levels)

·         Customer Service mindset.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Demonstrated ability to operate and adapt in an ever-changing environment to changing requirements and priorities

·         Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task

·         Experience in managing customer expectations and building relationships

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
