Location: 100% Remote (West Coast Hours)

Duration: 8+ Months

Client: Cedars-Sinai

Visa: No H1B/ OPT/ CPT

Interview: One Video Interview via Microsoft Teams

Role:

1. Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module for healthcare clients.
2. 10+ end-to-end implementations with at least 5 implementations working as a Compensation module lead
3. Experience leading design sessions, creating requirement documents and configuration workbook.
4. Strong functional skills with the ability to perform hands on system configurations.
5. Knowledge of Compensation Fast Formulas
6. Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security
7. Project management experience
8. Strong communication skills
