Job Role : Pega UX consultant
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop sleek and highly efficient PEGA Screens, UI/UX Designing, use case scenarios, user stories, site flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user research.
- Enforce best practices in Pega UI design, interface with the business team to assist in conducting business analysis and requirements, understand enterprise software design principles, best practices, and dependencies, participate in the design process for all user-facing components.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate, dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example, aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders, ability to match technology solutions to customer needs.
- Pega UI validate client's strategic proposal for UI configuration in Pega (e.g. use of design templates, avoiding customization, reduce deviation from OOTB UI everywhere possible), review Skin/stylesheets against best practices, provide leadership on simplifying Skin and stylesheets by avoiding custom CSS code, apply client's branding via Skin rule configuration.
- Experience and knowledge in User Stories, UX Development, Usability, Use case scenarios, Wireframes (Low-fi and High-Fi), Prototypes, Process/Site flow, UI Design, UI design concepts, UI design methodologies, Colour theory, Typography, UI design patterns, Tools proficiency HTML, CSS, JS, Frameworks (HTML, CSS, JS), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Wireframe Tools.
