Job Description:
Navistar is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Solutions Architect to join their team in Lisle, IL. In this role, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge mobile applications and architectures that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions aligned with Navistar’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective mobile solutions.
• Lead a team of mobile developers and analysts through the development lifecycle of new products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Develop robust architectures for native iOS and Android platforms, as well as hybrid and backend solutions.
• Integrate mobile applications with cloud services, particularly on Azure.
• Ensure adherence to mobile development best practices and patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Deep understanding of native iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) platforms.
• Extensive experience in mobile development, including native, hybrid (e.g., React Native, Flutter), and backend integration.
• Strong knowledge of mobile design patterns and architectures.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.
