Job Description-
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and mockups using tools like Figma; strong design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout – 30%
• Expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, and converting designs into responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular – 70%
• Strong understanding of mobile-first, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility – 30%
• Experience in conducting UX research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback for improved design – 30%
• Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional teams, version control systems like Git, and mentoring teams when necessary – 70%
• Ability to design intuitive, high-performance user interfaces, optimize applications for speed and usability, and stay current with UI/UX trends and technologies – 30%
