Position: Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module Lead

Job Description:
Role:
- Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module for healthcare clients.
- 10+ end-to-end implementations with at least 5 implementations working as a Compensation module lead
- Experience leading design sessions, creating requirement documents and configuration workbook.
- Strong functional skills with the ability to perform hands on system configurations.
- Knowledge of Compensation Fast Formulas
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills
