Functional Skills:

·         Core HCM

·         Organization Structure

·         Staffing Models

·         Compensation configuration and setups

·         Advance Compensation configuration and setups

·         Experienced in Onboarding, Job Requisition, and all recruitment business processes.

·         Implemented new and enhanced existing talent review cycle templates configurations.

·         Supported Recruiting team to consolidated job profiles, ran EIB to load job Requisition and candidate information the system.

·         Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.

·         Collaborated with Business for requirements, design reviews and presentation, and finalizing configuration for business process enhancements, Custom Reports, and Dashboard.

·         Business Process Configuration and setups

·         Year End activities

·         Able to guide Business and functional users

Technical Skills:

·         Security Groups

·         Calculated Fields

·         Reporting and Analytics

·         Matrix Reports

·         EIB’s

·         Core Connectors
