Location: Houston, TX(Onsite)

Job Description:
- Skilled in integrating systems, processes, and data during mergers or acquisitions.
- Ability to align organizational processes and manage change effectively in an M&A context.
- Ensures successful SAP ERP harmonization post-merger.
- Leadership in cross-functional teams and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
- Expertise in project management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Relevant Skills:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in supply chain, manufacturing, or sales.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Change management and communication skills for M&A transitions.
- Coordination with IT and business units to ensure alignment.
