Provide support for SAP O2C systems including SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) and SAP Receivable Management areas and OpenText.
Responsible for ABAP developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) as needed.
Collaborate with all cross functional teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging Agile Methodology
Create detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Provide support for SAP O2C systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements.
Documenting and coordinating project go-live activities and performing post project go-live support.
Plan and manage ongoing enhancements, upgrades and support of SAP ecosystems while establishing best practices in governance, risk mitigation and audit compliance.
Design  scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration.
Prioritize  and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Responsible for financial controls, responding to internal/external audit requests, ensuring corporate policy and SOX compliance in all phases of the business processes.
Trains, guides and mentors other professionals or colleagues with less experience.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource.
