JD:

● Minimum qualifications

○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, orequivalent practical experience.

○ 2+ years experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g., PHP, Python, C++, Rust or Java).

○ Experience learning development languages (Python, C++, Rust, PHP/Hack, Go, Java)

○ 2+ years experience with software development, frameworks and APIs.

○ 2+ years experience building, maintaining, and debugging production services/platforms

such as cloud infrastructure, load balancers, relational databases, and messaging systems.

● Responsibilities

○ Own the end-to-end reliability and scalability of the platforms, services, and products built

on top of Meta’s underlying infrastructure and network.

○ Write and review code, develop documentation and capacity plans, and debug complex problems

○ Collaborate with engineers and designers.

○ Communicate effectively with team members.

○ Manage own time and tasks independently.

○ Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies.

○ Ensure quality and accuracy of web-based applications

● Preferred qualifications

○ MS in Computer Science
