Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

Location: Princeton, IN (onsite)

·        We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data architecture to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Collaboration:

·        Work with Plant analysts and manufacturing POC teams to gather data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

·        Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

·        Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and achieve strategic goals.

·        Any experience in this area would be a huge plus

Data Analysis: In Person Connect with Business Stakeholders and understanding their pain points with respect to Data management and analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.

Process Improvement:

·        Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and tools, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy

·        Data Integrity:

·        Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across systems, performing data validation and cleansing as needed

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

·        5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on data architecture.
