SAP PP-PI with QM Consultant

Job Title: SAP PP-PI with QM Consultant
Location: Mississippi (1-2 weeks travel per month)

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP PP-PI & QM Configuration: Configure and support the SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) and QM (Quality Management) modules to meet business requirements and optimize performance.
  • Hands-on Expertise in Key Areas:
    • Master Recipes: Develop and configure master recipes to streamline production processes.
    • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Support S&OP processes, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Demand Management, to ensure alignment of supply and demand.
    • Capacity Requirements Planning: Ensure efficient resource allocation and capacity planning to support production goals.
    • Process Orders and Management: Oversee process order creation, execution, and management to optimize production workflows.
    • Process Integration (PI) – Process Control System (PCS) Interfaces: Facilitate seamless data exchange and interface with PI-PCS systems for integrated production control.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions for production and quality management, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Implementation & Support: Lead the end-to-end SAP PP-PI and QM implementation, covering system setup, testing, and user training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Integration with Other SAP Modules: Ensure seamless integration between SAP PP-PI, QM, and other SAP modules like SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP WM.
  • Testing & Documentation: Create and execute test plans, conduct unit and integration testing, and document configurations, processes, and custom solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide troubleshooting and timely issue resolution for PP-PI and QM processes, supporting end-users with ongoing guidance.
  • User Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training to end users on SAP PP-PI and QM functionality, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements in production planning, scheduling, and quality management to enhance system performance and business efficiency.
