We are seeking an experienced Application Architect specializing in Contact Center Transformation to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for our client’s contact center platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Genesys, CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions, and a proven track record of driving transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of innovative contact center solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Assess current contact center environments and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-effective CCaaS solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the implementation and migration of platforms like Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, or other CCaaS tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, to develop and deliver comprehensive transformation strategies.
• Define architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines for contact center technology solutions.
• Ensure integration with existing CRM, WFM, analytics, and AI-based tools for enhanced customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues related to contact center applications.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the contact center space to recommend continuous improvements
