Title:  CyberArk L2 Support Engineer

Location: Remote EST Time Zone

Job description:

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex issues with CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.

Provide advanced technical support and guidance to Level 1 support team.

Collaborate with product development teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs and issues.

Handle critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Assist in the deployment, configuration, and integration of CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices.

Report on support metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Deep understanding of CyberArk PAS (Privileged Access Security) solutions.

Proficiency in HashiCorp Vault, including installation, configuration, and management.

Familiarity with security protocols, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Strong knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Several years of experience in IT security, particularly with CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.

Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications

CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian certifications.

HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate or other relevant HashiCorp certifications.

Note:

This role is critical for ensuring the security and reliability of an organization’s privileged access management and secrets management infrastructure, providing both proactive and reactive support to maintain and enhance security postures.

This is a 24*7 role may involve being part of an on-call rotation to address critical issues outside regular working hours.
