Job Title: Workday HCL Security Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
We are looking for an onshore resource to work with JMH operations and IT on an HCM security profile redesign.
JMHs existing HCM security profiles were designed in 2012 and are very locked down to IT. The ask is to assess the existing profiles created and identify potential functionalities that could be safely turned over to the customer to handle themselves. Obviously this would then require modifications to operational profiles.
This effort is for the assessment and recommendations including any needed/recommended training. It is imperative the resource understand how a change in one area would impact other areas of workday and inter app integrations.
This effort does not include the execution at present.
This is an effort our resources have the expertise to tackle but are engaged in other efforts and I would like external input on this. We already have confirmation from Workday and another Workday partner that they have this expertise and could assist. However i wanted to see if HCL could be a player in this space. i figure this would likely be a 2 to 3 month engagement.

Requirements
- the resource would need to be onshore
- strong communication skills
- demonstrated experience working with and understanding a Workday/Kronos integrated environment
- demonstrated experience with this type of assessment
