Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce projects in the Automotive Domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead the Salesforce development team in designing and delivering Salesforce custom solutions using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices for development, integration, and deployment.

Solution Architecture:

Conduct solution design sessions and create detailed architectural designs.
Provide recommendations on alternate approaches, Salesforce best practices, and strategies for meeting project goals.

Project Collaboration:

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and development teams to align project objectives with Salesforce capabilities.
Actively participate in all project phases, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Support & Maintenance:

Assist the support team with escalated issues related to customized applications, workflows, security settings, and integrations.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project specifications and client requirements.
Perform code reviews, testing, and issue mitigation during development and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Salesforce Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficient in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, Java, and JavaScript.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in data modeling, integration, security, and Salesforce customization.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming methodology and Salesforce best practices.
Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, DX, and Tricentis Tosca is a plus.

Experience:

12+ years in Salesforce architecture and development.
Experience working in Automotive Domain is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
