Business Analyst,  Capital Markets

·         Overall experience of 12 to 15 years

·         Experience of Regulatory Operation within Equity Derivatives  including  processing, reconciliations and sign offs

·         Good at process mapping and defining target operating model for business operations outputs e.g. reports

·         Good product knowledge and familiarity with Regulatory remediation reporting

·         Work with Technology squads to translate business requirements into functional specs for squad and into IT implementation of requirements 

·         Familiar with Dot net, C++ technologies, web based technologies

·         Familiar with workflow tools and able to design new workflows

·         Good at documenting business requirements, internal controls and regulatory gap analysis

·         Experience of pricing schedules, spread changes, exceptions, errors, cancel and corrections

·         Able to design new reports

Testing experience (SITS) and working with End Users and UAT
