Job Description:

Job Title :       Governance Architect

Location :       Remote 

End Client :    Working with Implementation Partner

Required:

1. Artifact Review and Validation:

  • Review and validate technical and techno-functional deliverables provided by the implementation partner, including:
  • Enterprise Data Model (EDM).
  • Functional Design Documents (FDD).
  • Technical Design Documents (TDD).
  • Integration Design Documents.
  • Data Conversion Strategy and Plans.
  • Ensure deliverables meet Oracle Fusion best practices, scalability, and client’s business requirements.

2. Participation in Agile Sprint Reviews:

  • Actively participate in sprint reviews to:
  • Review progress on deliverables for each sprint.
  • Provide feedback on completed artifacts or configurations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any technical or functional blockers.
  • Align sprint outcomes with project milestones and long-term goals.

3. Technical Oversight:

  • Evaluate the architecture and configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials (ERP) , Field Service, Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Ensure system customizations and configurations adhere to Oracle Fusion's extensibility framework.
  • Identify gaps or risks in the technical architecture and recommend mitigation strategies.

4. Integration and Data Expertise:

  • Validate integration designs for MuleSoft and other middleware tools used for Oracle Fusion integrations.
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner and client teams to ensure accurate mapping and transformation of data across systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, RecVue).

5. Best Practices and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all solutions comply with Oracle’s technical and security standards.
  • Guide the team on Oracle Fusion capabilities to minimize customizations and leverage out-of-the-box functionalities.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as a bridge between client's internal teams and ATOM to clarify technical requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, and milestone validation sessions.

7. Knowledge Transfer and Documentation:

  • Provide feedback on implementation partner’s documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Support client’s team with insights and best practices for maintaining and evolving the Oracle Fusion environment.
