We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boomi Administrator to manage, optimize, and ensure the seamless integration of applications within the Boomi Integration Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Boomi environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

The Boomi Administrator will work to ensure the effective integration of applications and smooth data flow across the organization. The role involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining Boomi integration processes while troubleshooting and resolving any issues. The Boomi Administrator will also collaborate with business and technical teams to design integration solutions, optimize processes, and maintain the health of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, deploy, and maintain Boomi integration processes, including workflows, connectors, mappings, and integrations with other systems.
System and Infrastructure Management: Manage the Boomi environment, including infrastructure and deployed software, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Troubleshooting and Support: Monitor and resolve issues related to Boomi integrations, data flows, and integration health.
Collaboration and Solution Design: Work with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and design robust, scalable solutions.
Process Development: Develop and implement integration processes for data transformation, routing, and error handling, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.
Optimization: Analyze and optimize integration processes for performance and scalability, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
Monitoring and Reporting: Set up and manage monitoring tools to track the performance of integrations, generating regular reports on metrics and system health.
Documentation: Document integration processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference, training, and compliance purposes.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to users and other team members, resolving issues and answering questions.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with the latest Boomi features, tools, and updates, and share knowledge with the team.
Security Compliance: Ensure that integrations comply with security policies and data protection regulations, particularly in sensitive data handling.
User Access Management: Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the Boomi platform to maintain security and appropriate access control.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications: Boomi certifications are required (e.g., Boomi Professional Developer or Boomi Professional Administrator).
Experience:
Proven experience with Boomi integration processes, connectors, and platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration tools.
Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP) and integration requirements.
Strong understanding of integration concepts, data transformation, and API management.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.
