Job Title: Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary: Jade Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team for a 12+ month contract. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle CX (CPQ) Cloud, with a proven track record of at least one end-to-end implementation. You will also have strong expertise in Oracle EBS/Fusion Order to Cash (OTC) and Quote to Cash (QTC) processes. This role requires the ability to lead workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver technical solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle CPQ Cloud Expertise:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Oracle CX (CPQ) Cloud with at least one successful end-to-end implementation.
  • Design, configure, and optimize CPQ solutions tailored to client needs.
• Order to Cash and Quote to Cash Knowledge:
  • Strong in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion OTC and QTC processes.
  • Design and optimize business workflows to enhance the OTC and QTC lifecycle within Oracle CPQ.
• Workshops & Design Sessions:
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with key stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• ERP and SCM Integration:
  • Work with Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM modules to ensure seamless integration with CPQ.
  • Identify touchpoints and resolve integration issues effectively.
• SDLC & Technical Design:
  • Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including technical designs, development, and unit testing for complex business requirements.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and customization of CPQ solutions.
• Problem-Solving and Team Collaboration:
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues independently or in collaboration with the team.
  • Work across teams to ensure project milestones and goals are met.

Supporting Activities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between CPQ, ERP, and SCM modules.
• Training & Documentation:
  • Provide end-user training and create comprehensive documentation on Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis:
  • Assist in issue resolution and perform root cause analysis during and post-project go-live to ensure system stability.
• Testing Support:
  • Support testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Post-Implementation Support:
  • Provide support for post-implementation activities such as system enhancements, optimizations, and upgrades.
  • Ensure that the solution remains efficient and scalable post-go-live.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle CPQ updates, features, and best practices to deliver value-added solutions to the client.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud, with a strong focus on techno-functional roles.
• Proven experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion OTC and QTC processes.
• Ability to lead workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and its integration with CPQ.
• Experience with SDLC processes, including creating technical designs, development, and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with various teams.
