Job Title: Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Phoenix AZ (Onsite)
Duration : Long term
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning (ML) models and AI solutions.
- Utilize Python for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover trends and patterns.
- Implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.
- Integrate ML models into production systems using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve data-driven problems.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for efficient data processing.
- Communicate insights and findings through visualizations and reports using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Data Science methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Matplotlib.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, neural networks).
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).
- Expertise in Data Science tools and techniques, including statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools and techniques (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge of computer vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO).
- Familiarity with data versioning tools (e.g., DVC) and MLOps practices.
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
