Job Description: Salesforce Architect

Client: Infosys

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Mode of Work: Onsite (Client Location)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, technical leadership, and designing and enhancing application architecture. The Salesforce Architect will collaborate closely with clients to shape their architectural vision and roadmap, guide development teams, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. This is a client-facing role, requiring a deep understanding of Salesforce products, best practices, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and direct the Salesforce solution architecture and technical teams to design, create, and enhance application architectures.

·       Assist clients in shaping their architectural vision and creating roadmap plans aligned with their business goals.

·       Design and communicate solution frameworks for the Salesforce development team, ensuring clear guidance on implementation.

·       Stay updated on Salesforce product roadmaps and compare them with other CRM products to provide informed recommendations.

·       Implement best practices for Salesforce platform implementations, ensuring high-quality solutions.

·       Anticipating customer needs and proactively provide valuable input on solutions, demonstrating industry knowledge and acting as a trusted advisor beyond the project scope.

·       Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging diverse opinions and evaluating contributions based on merit.

·       Provide proactive solutions for complex situations by leveraging an in-depth understanding of project management processes, especially for critical and high-priority projects.

·       Manage and execute multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.

·       Lead in a Global delivery environment, working across geographies and coordinating with teams globally.

Qualifications & Experience:

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and implementation.

·       In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and integrations.

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices for platform implementations.

·       Proven experience in shaping architectural visions, building roadmaps, and guiding technical teams.

·       Expertise in comparing Salesforce with other CRM products and advising clients on the best solutions.

·       Experience working with diverse, global teams in delivery environments.

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

·       Certifications in Salesforce, such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer 1, and expertise in integrations, Apex, and LWCs, are highly desirable.
