Job Title: UKG Workforce Central (WFC) / MFM Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Central (WFC) / MFM Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of UKG Pro products, including Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of IT experience, with a strong background in configuring and managing UKG Pro/Workforce Central (WFC) interfaces, developing customized solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and business units to ensure that UKG Pro meets the organization’s strategic HR and workforce management goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       UKG Pro/WFC Configuration:
Lead the implementation of UKG Pro (formerly Kronos) and Workforce Central (WFC), configuring key HR modules such as Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, and Scheduling.

·       Interface Development & Customization:
Develop and manage custom interfaces, ensuring integration of UKG Pro with other HR and payroll systems, and addressing complex business requirements.

·       Implementation Leadership:
Take a leadership role in UKG Pro implementation projects, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to configure and customize UKG Pro solutions.

·       Workflows & Policies Design:
Design, implement, and optimize workflows, rules, and policies in line with the organization’s HR processes, ensuring alignment with workforce management best practices.

·       Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve complex UKG Pro issues, ensuring that the system operates efficiently and aligns with business needs.

·       Technical Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for UKG Pro configurations, integrations, and custom solutions to support ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting.

·       Business Requirements Analysis:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable UKG Pro configurations and solutions that align with business processes and objectives.

·       End-User Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of UKG Pro features and functionalities.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders and other teams to ensure the UKG Pro system is implemented in alignment with organizational goals and business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Experience:
8-10 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro (Kronos WFC) implementations and configuration.

·       HR & Payroll Knowledge:
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles, particularly in the context of UKG Pro and related products.

·       Technical Expertise:
Expertise in configuring and implementing UKG Pro solutions, including Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling modules.

·       Integration & Customization:
Experience in developing and managing custom interfaces and integrations between UKG Pro and other HR systems or third-party applications.

·       Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a high attention to detail.

·       Project Management:
Proven ability to lead and manage UKG Pro implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption of the system.

·       Communication:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure system configurations meet business requirements.

·       Documentation:
Strong technical documentation skills, ensuring detailed records of configurations, workflows, and custom solutions.

Education & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Management, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT and HR technology implementations, specifically with UKG Pro and Workforce Central products.

·       Prior experience working in consulting or implementation projects with Infosys or other global IT consulting firms is highly preferred.
