Role: Business Integration Analyst
Location: Remote (Should be flexible to work in Pacific and Central time)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- Work with business stakeholders to define and capture business requirements and execute them with the XFN team.
- Work closely with Engineering team on defining system solution meeting business requirements
- Act as single POC for business and XFN discussion related to each requirement and project
- Designing, building and configuring integrations as per the business process integration requirements to ensure seamless connections between systems.
- Work closely with external partners to plan, execute, and implement data exchanges to benefit both parties.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize the impact on business operations.
- Collaborating with external partners, vendors, and third-party system providers to establish and maintain the integration connections.
- Providing proactive and appropriate communication (written and verbally) to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must have- knowledge of Supply Chain Management – EITHER with a major studying Supply Chain Management in school and at least 2 years of experiences in working on Oracle Order Management and Logistics and Inventory Management solutions
- Must have- 5 + years of experience working in API, EDI X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML based
Integrations:
- Good to have ,3 + years of experience demonstrating use of query languages such as SQL.
- Good to have ,1+ year of experience in building applications on no code platforms e.g.
App sheet:
- Good to have- Japanese language speaking fluency.
- Experience writing functional design documents, creating/maintaining EDI maps and specifications, troubleshooting complex EDI failures, working with external EDI partners, and testing interconnected systems.
- Process-minded with an attention to detail for process evaluation and redesign
- Develop and maintain project and system documentation per standard.
- Provide functional support to end-users, work with customers to diagnose, review, and resolve incidents.
- Perform typical business analyst duties such as requirements gathering, solution design, and testing to meet EDI business needs.
- Work with the technical team, QA to ensure the stability and reliability of the Business Systems supporting critical business processes
- Interface with other functional groups on issues related to our ERP systems.
- Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Ability to work individually and as part of a cross functional team
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Working experience of Oracle Fusion will be great advantage.
