Job Description –
• Process provisioning requests for read-only EHR access from non-customer providers and office staff across all markets.
• Process provisioning requests from non-customer providers and office staff to Provider Portal solutions (both EHR and non-EHR based).
• Assist with communicating instructions, education, and training to end users and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate ongoing end user support pertaining to Provider Portal solutions, acting as an intermediary between non-Customer providers and the larger Customer Help Desk infrastructure.
• Identify and implement process improvements as new solutions are introduced and opportunities are identified.
• Collaborate with AT IAM and compliance teams to troubleshoot errors or process challenges.
Skills & Experience Needed:
• 1-3 years of experience working with platforms used to manage service delivery, identity management, and provisioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a large corporate environment, preferably healthcare.
• Experience in customer support and/or issue troubleshooting/resolution.
• Previous exposure to large-scale process development and process improvement.
• Basic understanding of healthcare structure and processes, including how hospitals and providers collaborate in patient care.
