Position Overview:

The role is for a Software Engineer or Application Developer within the North American Solution Delivery Selling & Store Operations Team, which supports the Workforce Management (WFM) systems for a global IT organization. The team is currently migrating from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and focusing heavily on integration work using Dell Boomi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Work: The primary focus is on migrating and integrating WFC to WFM, with a specific focus on using Dell Boomi for integration.
• Technology Development: Develop, test, and configure integrations and features related to WFM systems like UKG Pro WFM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Solution Engineers, and Store Engineering to design, deploy, and support WFM solutions.
• Agile Environment: Engage in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to deliver rapid, high-quality software solutions.

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years as a Software Engineer/Application Developer
• UKG Pro WFM experience (critical)
• Dell Boomi integration experience (required)
• Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and Kronos infrastructure experience (required)
• Experience in developing and testing applications using UKG Workforce solutions.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with SaaS/Cloud practices.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Boomi, Apigee, and MOVEit Automation.
• Knowledge of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and CosmosDB.
• Agile and DevOps tools experience (e.g., Git/Gitlab, SonarQube, JIRA, Confluence).
• Retail business process knowledge and experience working with systems like Oracle HRIS, Workday, and integration with UKG Time & Attendance systems.
