· Experience in managing large scale engagements across Geograghies.
· Advise customers at the executive level across industries supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.
· Mentoring and managing other leaders in the organization
· Provide leadership, direction, and strategy.
· Extensive experience in Oracle Financial is essential
· Superlative Communication Negotiation skills
· Manage the design, development, and operations of the team.
· Deliver large scale project on-time with the high quality.
· Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, peers, and senior leadership to identify requirements, coordinate delivery, and integrate solutions for new features and functionality.
· Provide technical expertise and leadership and dive deep into any part of the stack and higher-level system interactions.
· You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment and be excited to learn.
