Location: Plano, TX/Pleasanton, CA (hybrid only local)
Best pay: $60/hr
Job summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect with 16 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Java Script Programming, Java Programming, Java REST Web API, and Java Fullstack. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, driving innovation and excellence in software development. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java Script Programming, Java Programming, Java REST Web API, and Java Fullstack.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures that meet business needs and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed to maintain code quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability of the software solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, contributing to the development of project schedules and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Possess extensive experience in Java Script Programming, demonstrating proficiency in developing dynamic and interactive web applications.
- Have a strong background in Java Programming, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Show expertise in Java REST Web API, capable of designing and implementing RESTful web services that are efficient and scalable.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java Fullstack development, with the ability to work on both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications Required : Certified Java Programmer, Certified JavaScript Developer, Certified Fullstack Developer 13.Work Model : Hybrid 14.Sub Contractor allowed : Y
