Role: Oracle SCM Techno Functional

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Skills: : Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing , WIP, BOM – ATO Model Transactions specifically and technically Oracle Form Personalization, EDI, SFTP file transfer

Major Responsibilities:

• Strong functional / techno functional knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 in Supply Chain modules like Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing etc.
• Good understanding of Oracle MFG modules like BOM and WIP along with ATO process flow, Finance modules and how they interact with Supply Chain modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle WMS and Configurator is nice to have.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Form Personalization, EDI, SFTP file transfer etc.
• Experience in Oracle EBS Production support (AMS) and working on onsite / offshore model, leading the team from onsite, adhering to SLA standards for issue resolution.
• Ensure documentation of Production support issues & resolution and regular update.
• Working with client business stake holders to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure the high-quality completion of work. Participate in daily huddles to monitor progress, address roadblocks, and celebrate successes.
• Follow IT standards and prioritization process, work with multiple stake holders in IT and business.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ Years of experience as Oracle SCM functional / techno functional lead in Oracle Support / AMS engagements.
• Working in Onsite Offshore model as Onsite Lead.
• Ability to assume ownership in an atmosphere of ambiguity, act on own initiative, and be proactive.
• Experience providing requirements direction and/or agency guidance to support business objectives
• Experience working across numerous teams or within a matrixed organization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience 8+ years.
