Position: Program Manager With (MDM)

Location: Seattle, WA

Must have:

·         Program Management; Data Architecture and Modeling; TSQL; Data Engineering.

·         Data Integration; Master Data Management (MDM); Microsoft Excel; Reporting; Presentation;

·         Microsoft Purview; Microsoft Purview or Google Cloud Service Dataplex.

Job Description:

Investigate ABK environment and discuss with stakeholders to create the

materials needed for an efficient Purview onboarding process that meets the needs of all

for ABK and configure it according to stakeholder needs. Onboard initial teams/data types to

establish path forward for self-serve onboarding.? Growth mindset to continually be learning and

improving, along with a passion to help others be successful. ? Proficiency in verbal and written

communication, ability to interact with diverse groups across multiple organizational levels ?

Creative problem-solving & analytical skills to drive keen insights and understand root causes

combined with a ?sense of urgency? to develop solutions experience in delivering strategy and

transformational programs. ? Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional team and

organizations. ? Adept at cross-organizational alignment and possess the ability to inspire and

motivate teams to participate in and sponsor continuous improvements. ? Change management

expertise to systematically drive updates and maintain clarity through evolving environments. ? Data

governance experience, particularly tooling on managing metadata of data systems such as

Microsoft Purview or Google Cloud Service Dataplex is highly valued.? Experience with privacy

regulation, designing, building, and implementing data infrastructure and systems that enable

secure cross database communication and data synchronization is highly valued
