Role: Risk Governance & Frameworks Risk Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL)
Eligibility: US Citizens only
Key Requirements:
Candidates must have experience leading risk and/or compliance activities in the financial services industry (clearly visible on the resume).
Relocation required if not already in VA, FL, or neighboring states.
Public Trust Clearance not required.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the development and enhancement of Enterprise Risk and Governance Frameworks, Risk Directives, Issues Management Framework, and Risk Training Strategy.
Maintain governance processes and documentation in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Contribute to enterprise risk training strategy and develop training materials for driving a culture of effective risk management.
Identify critical areas for monitoring and escalate findings to appropriate stakeholders and committees.
Develop methodologies for consistent risk analysis, reporting, and governance.
Partner with teams across the organization to implement enterprise risk management frameworks.
Analyze and optimize risk processes to achieve program maturity.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in enterprise or operational risk management.
Proven experience with policy, procedure, and process development.
Strong track record in risk and/or compliance activities in the financial services industry.
Strategic and execution-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Risk Management Certifications are a plus.
