Job Description
1. Have proven track record for 5-7 years as a Product Owner
2. Experience in Retail domain and Auto Industry
3. Has experience in creating detailed product backlog basis the client requirement walkthrough or
requirement workshop
4. Has worked with technical architects, tech leads, business system analysts and other
stakeholders to define and groom the product backlog items
5. Has very good understanding of JIRA/Confluence, ADO tools, work experience with macros and
has documentation experience
6. Can work with minimal directions, define “Definition of done”, success criteria and follow-up
with team to map it to JIRA/Confluence stories
7. Has good understanding of multi-tenant architecture, microservices and well-versed with API
related documentation
8. Has hands on experience on Postman or Swagger tool, can read API request/response, error
message and API spec documentation
9. Should be able to participate in UAT, BUAT and Post-production bug verification along with dev
and QA team
10. Work alongside project managers and program managers to define and refine the product
backlog as per the client preferences
11. Should be able to document the technical requirements as feature/sub-feature and EPIC and
give detailed walkthrough to dev team for the implementation purpose
12. Create business case, project goal and analysis for new product development
13. Should be able to work with PM/DMs to create and manage daily and weekly status reports
Required Skills
1. Have good understanding of ecommerce and retail products
2. Should have managed and developed some ecommerce products as Product Manager
3. Have experience in work with diverse team and delivering with tight deadlines
4. Should have good communication skills and technical skills to understand
5. Knowledge of Aha project management tool, OmniGraffle, Draw.io Capability to understand the
new or existing system and business process.
6. Standardise the requirements gathered across the teams and conceptualise application
workflow.
7. Participate in project planning, execution, and tracking.
8. Research and come up with solutions for the business problems in co-ordination with other
teams
9. Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business
suitability
