Job Title: QA Tester

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tester 3 to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to testing efforts on a complex software project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems testing, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand system business requirements and program rules.
• Develop test models (plans, data, test cases, and scripts) for product tests and release control.
• Define product test plans and criteria for acceptance.
• Create and maintain testing standards and procedures.
• Assist in managing Test Team processes and assist in the planning of test environments.
• Coordinate and execute tests with the Test Team and other stakeholders.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for customized business software.
• Collaborate with users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify, track, and resolve testing issues, risks, and defects, developing contingency plans when necessary.
• Work with Test Team members to build technical skills and ensure efficient processes.
• Monitor task completion and provide status updates.
• Provide guidance to junior testers and ensure testing goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Experience with product testing, UAT, and test case creation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
