Must Have:
· Pega 8.x design, development and integration experience
· Hands on experience with Dev Studio for Workflows, UI , Bsiness Rules, Routing, Security and Integrations
· Smart Investigate framework experience or financial services framework experience
· Good understanding of Pega AI/ML , GenAI , NLP capabilities for automation and straight through processing implementations
· Ability to create multiple design options with pro’s and con’s for implementation roadmap
· Understading of Pega application deployment options, dev-ops, ecosystem integration with Message Queues and REST/SOAP calls
· Domain understanding on Payments, Payment investigations, Financial services
· Ability to lead team, review code and design with good grip on project timelines and estimates to support PM / Scrum masters
· Team player with good client facing skills
Good To Have:
· Good understanding of cloud, performance troubleshooting , deployment architecture
· Process improvement and process optimization experience
· Functional depth in ISO 20022 MX and MT messages
