Shift position from 1:00 PM-10:00 PM (with 1hr lunch/dinner).
Resident must be flexible in working during the weekends and holidays when customer requires.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
Resource needs to be comfortable on the HW repair side. As we’re looking for actual FSE support, they need to be experienced having their hands inside the server, replacing parts. They need to have enough experience, where they are confident in their skills to support. Prior Dell FSE experience a HUGE plus.
