Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Bethpage, NY (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months Contract
Client: TCS
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
- Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes
- Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, priorities gaps and design the implementation plan (pilot, phased, big-bang approach)
- Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
- Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
- Finalize configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform cut over activities
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of implementation projects
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients?Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
- Update and maintain project tasks using relevant systems
- Assist in Production support tickets and year end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Lead requirements gathering workshops
- Complete and maintain workbooks
- Attend Sprint planning, Retrospective and Reviews.
Education bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
