Role: Senior Oracle Cloud Solution Architect – Supply Planning, Constraint Planning & Replenishment Planning
Location: Remote Experience:15+ years Contract role
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Planning modules, including Supply Planning, Constraint Planning, and Replenishment Planning. • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Architect end-to-end planning solutions within Oracle Cloud, ensuring best practices are followed for robust and scalable design. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and other business units, to align project goals and solutions with organizational objectives. • Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Cloud Planning modules, advising on industry best practices and emerging trends. • Oversee project delivery, guiding the implementation teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during project lifecycles, offering post-implementation support to optimize system performance. • Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation to support user adoption and solution maintenance.

Qualifications: • Experience: 15+ years in Oracle ERP with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud, specializing in Planning modules. • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Planning, Constraint Planning, and Replenishment Planning modules. • Implementation: Proven experience leading multiple Oracle Cloud planning implementations. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle Cloud configurations, data integration, and customizations as required. • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles with a focus on planning solution delivery. • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Skills: • Oracle Cloud certifications in Supply Chain Planning modules. • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and complex constraint planning scenarios. • Background in consulting or managing multiple stakeholders within a large enterprise environment.
