Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Client: Infosys

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for an exciting opportunity with our client, Infosys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM, with specific expertise in Payroll submodules and experience within the Banking and Finance domain. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be willing to travel for milestone-based activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring the successful deployment of Payroll and other submodules.

·       Engage in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.

·       Provide techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll, delivering solutions that align with client business needs.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·       Work on data migration, testing, and support activities during the implementation cycle.

·       Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM Payroll processes as per client requirements.

·       Ensure proper integration between Oracle HCM modules and other related systems (e.g., Finance, HR, etc.).

·       Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll processes and other HCM modules.

·       Provide training and guidance to client teams on Oracle HCM functionalities, particularly in Payroll.

·       Stay updated on Oracle HCM module updates and best practices, providing thought leadership to the client.

Required Skills and Experience:

·       5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 2 full lifecycle (end-to-end) implementations.

·       Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Payroll submodule configuration and support.

·       Expertise in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.

·       Deep understanding of Banking and Finance domain requirements, particularly around payroll, benefits, and compensation.

·       Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions.

·       Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

·       Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and testing processes.

·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

·       Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing deliverables and milestones.

·       Must be flexible to travel for project milestones and key meetings.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Fusion applications.

·       Certification in Oracle HCM modules is a plus.

·       Exposure to related systems such as Finance and Compensation modules.

Education:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
