Title: Snowflake Admin
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Snowflake Admin – 2 to 4 Years Preferred to Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science.
Strong understanding of Azure concepts and Experience with Azure platforms. Intermediate knowledge on Linux and Windows OS administration activities.
Mandatory to have Microsoft Azure certification. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Good communication skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Review of existing architecture and propose improvements. Define platform roadmaps and strategy.
Responsibilities:* Establish SLA for response/resolution for each type of ticket (user/DB/Schema provisioning, service account access provisioning etc.)
* Clear guidelines on reviewing/approving DB design or providing recommendations to DevOps teams for new projects
* Publish shift schedule for 24/7 support model and a phone number to call a resource on shift
* Clear breakdown of roles and responsibilities of everyone in the team
* Cost optimization approach and implementation on Snowflake
