Role : ON BASE ADMIN // DEVELOPER 5+ Needed
Location : Madison WI
Visa: NO H1B OR H1BT
Must haves :
4+ years of experience in the following:
– Electronic Content Management (ECM) system administrator and developer position that plans, designs, develops, tests, implements, and modifies content management solutions. Experience in requirements gathering and solution analysis is required.
– Advanced experience in development using the OnBase Document Composition Module to create efficiencies in electronic correspondence.
– Advanced skill in designing, configuring, and maintaining Unity Forms, Image Forms, and HTML Forms – OnBase Certified System Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Installer designation, and OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer certification is required.
Nice to have skills:
– OnBase WorkView Certification and OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface certification is desired
Interview Process: Teams Meeting
Duration: 6/30/2025 with extensions possible
Remote or On-site? Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Hybrid, with two days per week required on premise.
