Job Description: Oracle Core HR Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business, product and project teams to understand and clarify functional and technical requirements and drive towards the desired outcomes.
- Independently analyze functional configurations in Core HR and Onboarding, execute and support Proof of Concept (POC) for business scenarios that are requested by the Product Team.
- Perform assessment, and if need be, modify existing HCM Extracts, BIP reports, Fast Formulae, and personalization (Auto-complete rules, Page Composer) as needed.
- Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet the needs of the project.
- Develop ad hoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Skill Set:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud Core HR and related processes, including Onboarding. Minimum 3 years is a must.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations, including change impact analysis, data translations, encryption, and file transfers. Minimum 7 years is a must.
- Ability to articulate and efficiently present analysis to Business and Product Teams is a must.
- Experience in designing both batch and real-time integrations along with incorporating best practices around performance, data security and reusability in integration designs is a must.
- Hands on experience in developing fast formulae for Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of Benefits, Learning and Talent modules, OIC, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), HCM Cloud SOAP and REST/ATOM web services is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with designing on Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) capabilities is a plus.
