Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our Financial Services team. This position is crucial for designing, developing, and configuring applications that meet and exceed business and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets as a Cloud Service and will lead in problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

•            Design, build, and configure applications to support business processes and technical needs.

•            Manage and collaborate within the team to make strategic decisions, ensuring alignment across teams.

•            Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and performance.

•            Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effectively.

•            Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve application development challenges.

•            Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

•            6-8 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM)

•            Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management.

•            Background in the Banking/Financial Services industry.

Educational Requirements:

•            Technical education or relevant experience.

Work Environment:

•            Hybrid role based in Whippany, NJ (2 days in office).

•            Local candidates only; no travel expenses covered
